Concepts Deli offers all the features of Glendale’s catering service but is aimed specifically at the new breed of coffee shops, pasta bars, in-store cafes and airport eateries, plus retail delicatessens and department store food counters.

The products – which include Baked Lasagne, Lamb Moussaka, Shepherds and Cottage Pies, Scotch Beef Sausage in Onion Gravy and Chargrilled Chicken Breast Fillets – are supplied pre-cooked and frozen, then chilled down and portioned.

They can then be either reheated and served on the premises or supplied to retail customers to heat and eat at home.

Also on offer is a selection of deli-style kebabs, which are presented and served on wooden skewers and, as with the other titles, designed for reheating on the premises or at home.
