A re-brand at Taylor UK, the ice cream and thick shake equipment supplier, has been designed to help develop the company's new hot foods division.
The sole UK distributor for the entire Taylor (USA) soft serve equipment range, Taylor UK is to introduce a range of specialised cooking equipment.
The company says that the re-branding exercise is to allow it to focus on three core ranges, namely soft serve, artisan and cooking equipment.
These break down as follows:
- Artisan Ice Cream Equipment, for businesses seeking to offer the gourmet, homemade quality of ice cream and aimed at high end restaurants, ice cream parlours and farmers wishing to add value to their milk for the local market
- Cold Products, which includes soft ice cream making machines, flavour additions such as the Razzle Blender™ and Flavor Burst™ machines, slush, smoothie and thick shake machines, and a cream whipper
- Hot Products, where the primary launch will be TurboChef, offering pre-programmed speed cooking coupled with consistent quality.
