RatingsPlus customer feedback system launches

Members that use the RatingsPlus system are rewarded with 'epoints'
Newly launched customer satisfaction system RatingsPlus is to be installed in all new Anytime Fitness sites following a successful trial.

RatingsPlus offers a real time solution, whether online or offline, in which customers can leave feedback and suggestions, but differentiates itself by offering rewards for the time taken to rate and answer two questions. Every customer that responds is rewarded with ‘epoints’ – the universal currency behind the system. The process can be completed in under a minute.

The system features a dashboard that reports and analyses ratings, and the information is designed to provide business insights which can be used to inform critical strategic decisions, in marketing campaigns, and to alleviate problem areas within the business.
