Making a first appearance at the event, software company Alacer launched its Hotel Manager product at the recent Hospitality Show.
Designed for simplicity of use with a minimum of telephone and door locking system integration requirements, Hotel Manager is a complete management system for the whole hotel.
It can scale for a hotel of any size, adapting to fit a small or large team, and includes all the data needed to keep a site's accommodation, food and beverage, conference, banqueting and leisure areas running smoothly.
The new system enables teams and departments to input data and then access, update and communicate it instantly from any area within the hotel in real time.
A site's profiling and analysis abilities will also benefit since Hotel Manager retains all data generated about hotel guests, allowing hoteliers to accurately profile their customers and optimise marketing spend.
Further, it can become part of any hotel website, allowing live internet bookings, and - as a complete package - has the capability of reducing administration requirements, initial training and new starter costs.
