Hoshizaki unveils new display case range

The new Sushi Case from Hoshizaki is designed to keep sushi ingredients in perfect condition for the longest possible time.

A curved glass window within a stylish black frame makes the most of the display area, while sliding rear doors - which can be removed to allow cleaning - provide easy access to the display. Its long, slim design is such that it can be sited on a counter or even on a shelf, providing that a 13amp power point is available.

A large condenser maintains a temperature of 4°C, ideal for raw fish.

All the models in the range are 345mm deep x 280mm high and there are four width options to choose from - 1200mm, 1500mm, 1800mm and 2100mm. Left or right sited condensers are available in each model.
